With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, hearts are floating everywhere and now is the perfect time to start working on your heart chakra. When our heart chakra is blocked we lose track of where we are suppose to be and start thinking with our heads instead of our hearts. These 15 heart openers for February are a great way to get your heart chakra on track for 2016.
The Puppy Pose may be the only one I could achieve–and I’m not even sure about that! My Mom at 93 is still doing some Yoga-but even she realized it just wasn’t for me even when I was young (yeah she tried to get me into it with her). It amazes me the positions you can get your body into–I am sitting here shaking my head in wonder.
I LOVE yoga! I’ve been taking classes twice a week for a few months now and I can’t get enough of it. I hope I’ll be able to do all the poses on day <3

OK I love the one with the cat lying there not caring at all. I don’t know what chakra she’s doing, but she is rocking it. I wish I was into Yoga – there seem to be so many benefits for your health and well-being. Thank you.

These moves require flexibility and a solid core. Yoga can really help you on strengthening your core and improving your breathing.
