My Journey to The Color Run with Youfit Health Clubs

youfit health clubsAs most you know, I dropped 45 pounds naturally after having my second son in December 2014. It was an easy transition because I wanted it so badly. In May of 2015, our family dynamic changed and sadly but surely my weight slowly crept back up.

Now that our family is back to normal for the most part, I’ve been getting myself back on track. I have several runs lined up this year with the first being The Color Run. I haven’t completed a color run in about 2 years but they are always so much fun. Funny enough, out of all the color runs I’ve conquered, I’ve never ran THE Color Run before so I’m really excited.

The Color Run with Youfit Health Clubs

On top of my excitement for The Color Run, they have created an amazing partnership with Youfit Health Clubs. Youfit provides an accessible, welcoming, and fun environment where everyone fits in. Instead of focusing on breaking personal records, Youfit and The Color Run invites participants to make magical memories and experiences; it’s the perfect partnership with just one thing missing — YOU!

What Does Youfit Health Clubs Offer?

I have heard of Youfit Health Clubs before but I had never personally visited until recently. The gym was very welcoming and painted brightly in green and purple so it’s hard to miss. I had my Lime Card membership set up and was given a tour around the facility to check everything out.

After the tour, I decided to check out some group fitness classes as they are one of my favorite ways to workout. The Youfit Gilbert location offers a variety of classes from Total Sculpt to Zumba and more. Luckily, I was able to squeeze into a Zumba class just in time!

Once I had shaken my booty, I decided to hit the weights and fit more cardio in. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Youfit has a wide variety of machines and free weights. I got my lift on and hit the treadmill for a 1-mile run.

How Much is a Membership?

Youfit Health Clubs offer two options for membership. You can opt for their standard membership which offers unlimited single club access, month to month membership, and a YouCoach fitness assessment.
